| Description | Make available for use throughout the town centre free wireless broadband for all comers. I have seen this work elsewhere to good effect and it could also be used as a good promotional tool as the initial welcome page would be the BID page or whatever else the BID team decided upon. I am checking out the likely cost but think the set up is likley to be in the order of £5,000.00 | ||||||
