Great news from the Dorset Retail Skillshop. We are delighted to bring you advance notice of these outstanding subsidised training opportunities to assist you in running your retail store.


'Essential Guide to .....' is a series of three Leadership & Management workshops specifically designed to provide you with practical solutions. This how to do it guide tackles the critical issues that confront you on a day to day basis  - helping you to drive your business forward.

These fast paced 3 hour workshops will make the most of your valuable time and are planned to have the least impact on your days work.

Build on your knowlege, each workshop is followed by an optional afternoon session focussing on a specific leadership and management skill.
